Returns
Returns are available within 60 days of purchase. Please contact customerservice@lavoisierhealth.com for authorization. 

We DO NOT require the return of the product. 

We DO NOT require you to justify your dissatisfaction – YOU are the sole judge if the product failed to meet your expectations.

LIMITS: You may claim a refund for UP TO 2 (TWO) units of product for a refund. 

REFUND AMOUNT: Amount refunded will be price paid less the HIGHER of the following:
(1) amount charged for shipping and handling OR
(2) ACTUAL shipping costs plus USD 2.50 per unit for handling 

Note that in many cases the shipping cost we charge you is less than our actual cost (for example, in the US when ordering 2 or more units shipping is free)
