Returns
Returns are available within 60 days of purchase. Please contact customerservice@lavoisierhealth.com for authorization. We require the return of the empty tubes in order to properly process.

LIMITS: You may return UP TO 2 (TWO) units of product for a refund. 

REFUND AMOUNT: Amount refunded will be price paid less the HIGHER of the following:
(1) amount charged for shipping and handling OR
(2) ACTUAL shipping costs plus USD 2.50 for handling
